Ruth Winder, a USA Cycling Level 3 coach and 2016 Olympian (Team Pursuit), began her racing career as a junior winning her first national title at age 16. After earning a spot on the 2010 Jr Track World Championship team she started to realize her talent in the sport. As her strength grew she was noticed by the USA Cycling National team and spent her years racing the European Classics and stage races such as the Giro Rosa, while also racing professionally in the United States. Recently, she has been solely committed to the USA National Team track program where she lived at the Olympic training center in Colorado Springs for 2 years. After making 3 world championship teams for team pursuit and becoming an Olympian she is hoping to share her extensive track knowledge and ever growing racing experience with others.
