For the athlete who is serious about their training and racing and who wants a coach just as professional and serious as they are:
- Daily email
- Daily power file analysis
- Two coach/athlete rides a month (as weather and schedules allow)
- Weekly phone calls to go over your training and upcoming races
- TraningPeaks Premium account
For the athlete who wants the basic coaching package:
- Training plan with updates as needed
- Emails and the occasional phone call to check in to see how you are doing
- If you have a power meter, power file analysis
- You will also get the benefit of a coach/athlete ride once a month (as weather and schedules allow)
- TraningPeaks Premium account.
